🚚 Delivery (Shipping) Policy

This policy describes how we deliver orders placed on EatForSure. Our Platform offers food delivery, FMCG/grocery (product) delivery, and pick-and-drop services within designated delivery zones.

Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zones. Whether your address is serviceable is shown on the Platform at the time of order (e.g. when you select or enter your address). We do not deliver outside these zones. Delivery zones may change from time to time.

3. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee. Actual delivery time depends on outlet preparation time, distance, traffic, weather, and delivery partner availability. Delays may occur and do not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

⚠️ We are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, outlet delay, delivery partner availability, or force majeure).

4. Delivery Address

All orders are delivered to the address you provide at the time of order (or the address selected from your saved addresses). You are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and accessible address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, or because no one is available to receive the order, we may not be able to redeliver and our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply. You may authorise another person to receive the order on your behalf.

Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. They may vary by order value, distance, or delivery zone. Delivery charges are not refundable once the order has been placed, except where we cancel the order or are otherwise required to refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy (in which case only the eligible order amount is refunded; platform fee and delivery charges may not be refunded as per that policy).

6. Receiving Your Order

Our delivery personnel may contact you via the phone number on your account to confirm the address or coordinate handover. Please ensure you (or your authorised recipient) are available to receive the order. For food and perishable items, prompt receipt is recommended. Risk in the order passes to you upon delivery to the address or the recipient.
